protect what matters most. Your Impact We are seeking a skilled and
passionate Field Technician to join our team. This role offers the
opportunity to install and troubleshoot access control, fire and
security systems that protect threats of all kinds. It also allows
you to use your expertise in low voltage equipment and circuitry.
What You’ll Do In addition to the above, your key responsibilities
will include: Experience installing and/or servicing access control
and alarm/security systems in commercial buildings Three years’
experience installing and/or servicing access control, fire, and
CCT security systems The ability to plan their work during the
40-hour a week shift plus the possibility of covering after hours &
weekend emergency calls Ability to keep stakeholders informed with
timely updates on service calls and installations. Must be a
self-starter and work well without supervision Complete scheduled
projects on time, within budget and within scope Solid mechanical
and electrical aptitude with the ability to utilize multimeter
Complete accurate and detailed service reports for customers and
Matrix in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoices and job
cost tracking. Exceptional proactive customer focus and ability to
work under pressure What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role,
you’ll need: High School Diploma or equivalent Vocational/Technical
Degree in electronics, security, or computer systems is a plus
Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite At least two years
of wiring and terminating circuitry systems IP Video and IT
experience is a plus A valid state driver’s license, without
