As a Field-Based ACA Enrollment Agent, you will utilize your expertise to assist clients in navigating and enrolling in the appropriate health insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act. Responsibilities:
--- All new agents must attend a mandatory orientation, available in-person every Monday through Saturday at 10:30 AM and via Zoom at 12:00 PM.
--- Travel within your designated region to meet with clients and facilitate the enrollment process.
--- Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and ensure smooth application processes.
--- Quickly address and correct any issues with applications to prevent delays.
--- Stay updated with the latest changes in ACA regulations and health insurance policies.
--- Meet and exceed personal and team enrollment targets to qualify for weekly production bonuses

Qualifications:
--- Current insurance license with the ability to quote ACA plans.
--- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
--- Experience in using CRM systems efficiently.
--- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the health insurance domain.
--- Ability to travel as needed within your territory.
