seeking an on-site , Family Law Litigation Attorney with 7 years of
experience that excels in a fast?paced environment while providing
high?level advocacy for clients navigating sensitive family
matters. You will manage a diverse caseload involving divorce,
custody, support, post?judgment issues, dependency, and domestic
violence, applying your litigation, negotiation, and strategic
planning skills to achieve meaningful outcomes. Success in this
role requires strong drafting and research abilities, sound
judgment, excellent communication, and the professionalism needed
to guide clients through emotionally charged situations. You will
work closely with staff and experts, participate in case review
meetings, maintain meticulous records, and consistently meet
performance expectations as part of a supportive, growth?oriented

at?will employment status. Compensation: $202,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Represent clients in a full range of family law
matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support,
post?judgment issues, dependency, and domestic violence, while
developing and executing tailored legal strategies based on case
facts, client goals, and applicable law Prepare for and conduct
hearings, mediations, negotiations, evidentiary proceedings, and
trials with confidence and professionalism Meet with clients
regularly to discuss case progress, evaluate options, and determine
next steps, ensuring proactive communication regarding significant
developments Draft, review, and supervise legal documents such as
pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and
contracts Conduct legal research and case analysis to support
litigation and settlement strategies Collaborate with internal
staff and external professionals, including expert witnesses, to
strengthen case outcomes Assign and oversee work performed by legal
support staff to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness Maintain
accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal, ethical,
and firm standards Provide the firm with copies of all
client?provided and attorney?drafted documents to support seamless
case management Track billable time and value delivered in
accordance with firm policies and expectations Participate in
bi?weekly case review meetings with firm leadership to assess
strategy, support needs, and payment status Contribute to firm
performance by meeting key metrics, demonstrating accountability,
and supporting a collaborative team culture Qualifications: Florida
attorney license in good standing JD from an accredited law school
At least seven years of experience handling divorce, custody,
support, post?judgment issues, dependency, and domestic violence
matters Significant litigation experience preparing for and
conducting hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations Strong
legal writing skills with the ability to draft high?quality
pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and settlement agreements
Experience analyzing case facts, identifying risks, and developing
client?centered legal strategies Highly organized, able to manage a
demanding caseload while maintaining meticulous records and meeting
deadlines Clear, empathetic communicator with experience guiding
clients through emotionally charged situations with discretion and
professionalism Collaborative team member who works effectively
with staff, leadership, and external experts Proactive
problem?solver who takes ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and
follows through consistently Values?driven professional who aligns

people Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a
desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
