• Manage a team of application developers and system administrators responsible for supporting a variety of products, including but not limited to: Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, Formstack, Quantum Workplace, ePrescribe, and Change Healthcare.
• Monitor the performance of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with the Product/PMO team to create and maintain a framework for new technology requests.
• Create and maintain an application library and configuration management database.
• Leverage existing tools to enhance procurement processes and application license tracking.
• Identify and address technical debt to align with best practice architecture.
• Analyze business requirements and partner with stakeholders to develop creative IT solutions.
• Ensure service operations meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality and cost control.
• Lead, guide, develop, and grow a team of IT professionals in technical proficiency and service delivery.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Information, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience considered on a year-for-year basis.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 2 years of resource management experience.
