About This Role As an HVAC Service Manager at Kelso Industries , you will be working in our service division, as an employee of Kelso Building Services. We're looking for a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with proven leadership experience who's ready to take on the challenge of being a Service Manager . You'll play a key role in building out our service operations. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians Oversee daily service operations and scheduling Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED equivalent 10 years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors Experience managing projects and leading small teams Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact Valid driver's license and clean driving record What You'll Get Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package Company vehicle and gas card PTO Why Join Kelso Industries?
