Benefits Competitive weekly pay Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Supplemental insurance options Opportunities for career advancement Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain water and drainage systems per blueprints and plumbing codes Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently Mentor and train apprentices Perform pressure tests to ensure leak-free operation Maintain compliance with plumbing regulations and safety standards Provide on-call coverage as scheduled Requirements 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including completion of a 4-year apprenticeship Valid Florida Drivers License (minimum age 25) and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report Strong knowledge of plumbing blueprints, codes, tools, and equipment Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, kneeling) Personal tools and reliable transportation Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.; Saturdays/overtime as needed
