What you'll be doing:

• 
  
• Manage uploading EDI Invoicing
  
• Manage setup of Summary Billing & Bill Complete for customers with custom billing requirements
  
• Collaborate with Sales, IT and Customers on EDI & Summary Billing processes and implementations
  
• Monitor account escalations for resolutions and provide feedback to relevant teams to ensure corrective measures are implemented in a timely manner. Ensure timely resolution with issues and communicate to appropriate parties as needed
  
• Provide support to Customers and Sales to problem solve Credit/Collection issues -
  
• Collaborate with Sales and Collectors on credit review and credit hold
  
• Manage accounts sent to 3rd Party collection agency
  
• Provide support to other Collection Analysts with new account escalations. Assist them with resolution and provide feedback to ensure corrective measures are implemented in a timely manner. -
  
• Manage accounts sent to 3rd Party collection agency
  
• Collection of outstanding ARs for a portfolio of complex and escalated accounts -

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel -
    
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a tea
    
    What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, or related discipline
      
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B Credit & Collections -
      
    • Experience with EDI portal Coupa, Ariba, Transcepta, Tungsten & Taulia is a plus. -
      
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel -
      
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
      Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
