Park Avenue Group, a subsidiary of Angott Search Group, is pleased to partner wit ha leading financial institution in their search for a skilled Senior Commercial Release and C&I Underwriter to lead a team in underwriting CRE and C&I loans up to $25 million . This role will focus on a variety of loan types including small construction projects, investment properties, retail centers, warehouses, and spec homes . Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of underwriters Underwrite complex CRE and C&I loans, ensuring sound credit decisions Analyze financial statements, market data, and collateral Collaborate with lenders and credit partners to structure deals that align with risk appetite Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications: 5 years of experience in commercial credit underwriting (CRE and C&I focus) Strong knowledge of loan structures, financial analysis, and real estate markets Experience underwriting loans up to $25MM, including small construction and investment properties Leadership experience or strong leadership capabilities preferred Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
